Part of my training is in the circus field: clowning and aerial circus.
I'm not a professional in any of those fields. But learning those tools gave me additional levels of freedom to do crazy stuff.

And in life... it's so important to not take ourselves too seriously... To be able to put on a red clown nose and have fun with ourselves and with life.
